Except where required by applicable consumer law, SPHERA Essentials does not accept returns, refunds or exchanges for:
Customers are responsible for checking their selected size, colour, quantity and delivery information before completing checkout.
For hygiene and product safety reasons, SPHERA Essentials does not voluntarily accept returns of socks that have been worn, washed, altered or used.
Where applicable law provides a right of withdrawal or a remedy for defective products, those rights remain unaffected.
If an item arrives defective, damaged or different from the product ordered, please contact us as soon as reasonably possible and provide:
SPHERA Essentials may reasonably inspect or assess the product before determining the appropriate remedy.
Where required by applicable law, we will provide a refund, replacement, repair or other remedy, including applicable return shipping costs.
Photographs assist our assessment but are not an absolute condition of exercising statutory rights.
To help maintain the condition, elasticity and grip performance of SPHERA Performance Grip Socks, follow these care instructions:
Avoid pulling excessively on the fabric or grip elements.
Damage caused by misuse, accidental damage, improper washing, excessive heat, unsuitable chemicals or failure to follow reasonable product care instructions may not qualify for a remedy where that damage was caused by the customer's actions.
Examples may include heat damage to grip elements, damage caused by bleach, or fabric deterioration caused by improper care.
Normal wear and tear from reasonable use is not automatically a manufacturing defect.
Each claim will be assessed on its individual circumstances, including the product's expected durability and applicable consumer guarantees.
Failure to follow a care instruction does not automatically invalidate statutory rights where the reported defect was unrelated to that failure.
Customers purchasing online in the European Union generally have the legal right to withdraw from eligible purchases within 14 days of receiving their goods, without providing a reason.
Customers must notify SPHERA Essentials of their decision to withdraw within the statutory period and return the goods within the applicable legal timeframe.
Customers are responsible for direct return shipping costs where permitted by law and where these costs were disclosed before purchase.
SPHERA Essentials will refund eligible payments, including standard outbound delivery charges where legally required, within the statutory timeframe. We may withhold reimbursement until the goods are received or proof of return is provided, where permitted by law.
Customers may be responsible for diminished product value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods.
Any legally applicable exception for sealed goods unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons will be applied only where the relevant legal requirements are satisfied.
Customers' statutory rights relating to defective or non-conforming goods remain unaffected.
Where a refund is approved or legally required, it will be processed to the original payment method unless another method is agreed where legally permitted.
Refunds will be processed within applicable legal deadlines. The time taken for funds to appear may depend on your payment provider.
For return enquiries, please contact us through the support form on our website.
Please contact us before posting an item so that we can provide the appropriate return address and instructions.
This procedure does not restrict statutory rights.
Nothing in this policy excludes, restricts or modifies any consumer rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including rights under Australian Consumer Law and applicable European Union and Cyprus consumer protection legislation.
